How do I create an account?

Click the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner, choose "Job Seeker" as your role, and fill in your details. You'll receive an OTP to verify your phone number.

How do I update my profile?

After logging in, go to your dashboard and click on "My Profile". You can add your work experience, education, skills, and upload your resume.

Can I upload my resume?

Yes! In your profile settings, you can upload your resume in PDF, DOC, or DOCX format. This makes it easier for employers to review your qualifications.

Searching for Jobs

How do I search for jobs?

Use the search bar on the homepage or "Find Jobs" page. You can filter by location, job type, experience level, and skills to find the perfect match.

How do I save jobs for later?

Click the bookmark icon on any job listing to save it. You can view all your saved jobs in your dashboard under "Saved Jobs".

Can I apply to multiple jobs at once?

Each job requires a separate application, but your profile information is saved, making it quick to apply to multiple positions.

Applications

How do I apply for a job?

Click on a job listing, review the details, and click "Apply Now". Fill in any additional information requested and submit your application.

How can I track my applications?

Go to your dashboard and click "Applications" to see all your submitted applications and their current status (pending, reviewed, shortlisted, rejected).

Can I withdraw an application?

Yes, you can withdraw your application from the "Applications" page before the employer reviews it.

For Employers

Company Setup

How do I create a company account?

Sign up and select "Employer" as your role. You'll need to provide your company details, including name, industry, and contact information.

Can I add team members to manage jobs?

Yes! From your company dashboard, you can invite team members and assign them roles to help manage job postings and applications.

How do I verify my company?

Upload your company registration documents in the company settings. Our team will review and verify your company within 24-48 hours.

Posting Jobs

How do I post a job?

Click "Post Job" from your dashboard, fill in the job details including title, description, requirements, and salary range, then publish.

How long does a job posting stay active?

Job postings remain active for 30 days by default. You can extend, edit, or close them at any time from your dashboard.

Can I edit a job after posting?

Yes, you can edit job details at any time. Go to "My Jobs", select the job, and click "Edit".

Managing Applications

How do I review applications?

Go to "My Jobs", click on a job, and view all applications. You can filter, search, and review candidate profiles and resumes.

How do I contact candidates?

When you shortlist a candidate, their contact information becomes available. You can also send messages through the platform.

Can I download candidate resumes?

Yes, you can download resumes of applicants directly from their application page.

Billing & Pricing

What are the pricing plans?

We offer flexible credit-based pricing. Purchase credits to post jobs and access premium features. Check our pricing page for current rates.

How do credits work?

Each job posting costs a certain number of credits. Premium features like featured listings or extended visibility require additional credits.

Can I get a refund?

For job seekers, Ooliga is completely free. Employers pay only when posting jobs or using premium features.

How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email, and follow the instructions sent to your inbox.

How do I delete my account?

Go to your profile settings and select "Delete Account". Your account will be scheduled for deletion after a 30-day grace period.
